The Women’s National Football Conference (WNFC) announced today that Stephanie Balochko will be joining the league as Head of Coaching Development & Resources.
Stephanie will work closely with WNFC teams to assist in the development of new and current coaches. Within her role, she will provide teams with the tools and resources needed to maintain a strong coaching staff.
Stephanie is a career Firefighter, Paramedic in Ohio. She began playing women’s football in 2001 with the inaugural Cleveland Fusion team. Overall, she amassed a 17-year career, filling roles of player and coach.

The experience that Stephanie has accrued in coaching includes several all-star games across the sport, including being named the Defensive Coordinator for the Gold Medal winning 2017 US Women’s National Football Team. She has also coached in USA Football’s 2020 International Bowl for the U16 Boy’s National Team. Additionally, Stephanie was a defensive coaching intern for the Pittsburgh Steelers from 2016-2020. Currently, she is a coaching intern with the NFL Alumni Academy in Canton, Ohio.
