WOMEN'S NATIONAL FOOTBALL CONFERENCE

The Women's National Football Conference (WNFC) is looking for driven, creative, and passionate individuals to join our Spring Internship Program. This is your chance to be part of a league that’s redefining what’s possible for women in football while gaining hands-on experience and making a real difference.
 

Available Positions:

• Production Assistant: Dive into event production, game-day operations, and content creation, supporting everything from livestreams to post-production.

• Brand Marketing Support: Work on marketing campaigns, social media strategies, and creative content that amplifies our league’s brand and mission.

• Sponsorship Support: Collaborate with sponsors to activate partnerships, manage deliverables, and showcase the value of aligning with the WNFC.

• Legal Affairs: Gain experience in contracts, compliance, and policies while supporting the league’s legal operations.

• Strategic Partnership Support: Research and help build meaningful partnerships that elevate the WNFC’s reach and impact.

• Commissioner’s Office Support: Be at the center of league operations, assisting with special projects, reports, and communication.

 

Program Details:

• Duration: March - June 2025

• Format: Hybrid, with opportunities to work remotely and attend in-person events, including Championship Weekend.

• Commitment: 15-20 hours per week, with flexibility to accommodate game weekends.

• Compensation: College credit, networking opportunities, and potential stipends based on performance.
