The Women's National Football Conference (WNFC) ("Organizer") is not responsible for any claims, damages, or liabilities arising out of participation in this contest or the use, misuse, or non-use of any prizes awarded. By participating, entrants agree to release, discharge, and hold harmless the WNFC, its affiliates, sponsors, employees, officers, and agents from any and all liability associated with the contest. Participation constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

Official Contest Rules

1. Eligibility

   • Must be a US resident, aged 18 years or older at the time of entry.

   • Employees, agents, and affiliates of WNFC, as well as their immediate family members, are not eligible to participate.

2. Contest Period

   • The contest begins on February 17, 2025 and ends on February 28, 2025. All entries must be received by 11:59pm ET on February 28, 2025.

3. How to Enter

   • No purchase is necessary to enter.

   • Entrants must follow the specific instructions listed on the contest page.

   • Limit one entry per person. Duplicate entries will result in disqualification.

4. Prizes​

   • Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitutions or cash equivalents are allowed, except at the discretion of WNFC.

5. Winner Selection and Notification

   • Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.

   • Winners will be notified via email within 2 business days after the contest period ends.

6. Publicity

   • By accepting a prize, winners agree to allow WNFC to use their name, likeness, and/or entry for promotional purposes without additional compensation or approval, except where prohibited by law.

7. Taxes and Fees

   • Winners are solely responsible for any applicable taxes, fees, or other costs associated with the receipt and use of the prize.

8. General Conditions

   • WNFC reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the contest if any fraud, technical failures, or other factors impair its integrity, as determined at WNFC's sole discretion.

   • Any attempt to tamper with the entry process or contest operations will result in disqualification.

9. Governing Law

   • This contest is governed by the laws of Rowlett, Texas, and all disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.

10. Liability Release

    • WNFC, its affiliates, and sponsors are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, or misdirected entries; technical or human errors; or any issues beyond its reasonable control.
